How many jobs have you tried where they start off sounding great and then after 3 or 4 months you realize you aren’t going to be able to survive on the commissions. You know instinctively that if you stay there you are going to end up starving and then you have to explain to your spouse all the reasons this didn’t work out. You know deep down that this isn’t totally your fault but it keeps happening. You are looking to find your way in the business world and you don’t know the right path but you sure as heck know it’s not the path you are on.
Worse than that you know that every day you stay at it you are one day further from the type of opportunity that allows you to truly make the kind of money you know that you are worth.
You are willing to do whatever it takes to make the cash but everything you find never offers the truly unlimited opportunity.

I started off telling you that I’m going to show you the one thing that is keeping you broke and it’s not what you think. The one thing that is separating you from those with endless supply of wealth is this. A decision.
I want to tell you the story of Napoleon Hill. Napoleon Hill arguably changed more lives for the better than nearly any other author. In his book Think and Grow Rich he outlines the path to freedom for any an all. All you have to do is follow it. But I don’t want you to focus on the book at the moment I want you to focus on when Napoleon Hill was just 25 years old. Hill was given the assignment to interview the Andrew Carnegie, one of the wealthiest and most powerful self-made men in the world at that time. The interview was originally supposed to be short but after a few hours Carnegie had turned the conversation around and began to interview Hill. Carnegie went on to make an offer to Hill. Carnegie believed firmly in the depth of his being that anyone could achieve what he had achieved if only they had a blueprint to follow. He offered to have arrange for Hill to interview some of the most powerful business people in the world and Hill would chronicle what he would learn from Carnegie and these other very successful men. Hill would be creating the first self-help course ever written. The only catch was that Carnegie was not going to give Hill any money for doing this. He would simply open doors and teach Hill what he knew. Hill would have to earn money while he learned. When Carnegie was done making this offer, Carnegie would give Hill 60 seconds to accept his offer. Hill did not know Carnegie had a stop watch and that his decision time was very limited. Hill didn’t have a chance to talk this over with his wife, or pray about it or any else, if he had said any of those things he would have forever lost this opportunity. After about 59 seconds Hill accepted. It took him over 8 years before he published The Laws of Success which would later become the backbone to one of the top 10 self-help books of all time, Think and Grow Rich. Hill had many successes and failures in life but what changed his life and the lives of many millions of people the most was this one decision. He had less than 60 seconds to make a decision and went on for over 8 years before that decision began to pay off. So understand, this was a side business for Hill, he still had to make a living to survive because Carnegie was not going to pay him any money. I wonder if I would wait 8 years for a decision to pay off. Would you? You are facing a decision right now that won’t take anywhere close to 8 years to pay off. It could begin to pay off in the next 30 days, but that’s up to you.
You are one decision away from the life of your dreams. Like Hill, I’ve made many wrong decisions in my life, I still make them almost daily but the one decision I made over 27 years ago, to start my own business, was the best financial decision I have ever made. I don’t care what you are doing now you can start your own business and begin a journey that will free you from the slavery of owing others your money and your time. It can free you from a life where others tell you what time to wake up, what time you have to be somewhere and what time you get to go home. You can make a decision right now that will free you from all of that. Not initially, it is going to take time to learn, it won’t always feel comfortable but you can learn to do this. Frankly, you can learn anything that someone else can do. There are physical limitations, I will never be able to play golf like Jordan Spieth, but almost anyone can learn to play golf and become good at it.
And anyone can learn to have a business of their own and be so good at it that money is no longer a grind.
Imagine having cash comes in because of systems instead of because of the amount of work you exert on any given day. A business, built right, will allow you to put time and effort in at the beginning and keep getting paid for many years after.
You might be saying but I don’t have the money to start my own business or I don’t have the time, I’m not good at anything, I don’t have any products or services, I don’t know where to start. There are lots of excuses. That’s all they are is excuses because I am going to show you where to start.
