Turn Your Customers Into Evangelists

Once a sale is made this is only the beginning. You want to make your customer so happy that they want to tell everyone about you which in turn will grow your list. It is much easier to sell additional products and services to an existing customer who loves you than it is to get a new customer.

Remember this, it is the cardinal rule of selling.

Be sure that if you tell your customer you will do something that you do it.

I don’t believe in the old adage, under promise and over deliver.

I say, promise and deliver.

That is what they expect you to do so do it.

I know this post is short but it doesn’t need to provide anything more than promise and deliver. When you do this your customers will be evangelists when they talk about what you did for them.
