Why I Stopped Reading News

And why you should too.

Do you try and keep up with current events but find that it just sucks the lifeblood out of you.

I don’t know about you but the mindless crap that is spewed on a daily basis has gotten beyond the point of tolerability.

Everywhere you look there is hatred.

On the news, on all the major news websites and all over my Facebook feed.

Hate seems to be everywhere.

But there is good news, you can turn it off and find love from within.

I do not believe there is this much hate in the world.

What I believe is that big media companies find that hate sells better than cute puppies, so they sell hate.

2 years of hate about Russian Collusion and in the end the whole thing was BS.

I don’t care if you believe it was real or not.

The only reason you or anyone believed it to be true it is what a big media company told you to believe over 2 years ago.

Then they pressed on about it night after night until they were exposed for the frauds that they are with zero accountability.

Worse than that it is very one-sided.

Alex Jones, love him or hate him, I’m not a fan but he has every right to have opinions about what he believes and as long as his followers agree with him, he should be afforded the same rights.

But it’s not the case.

He has been shut down by the very people who claim to be fighting for the rights of the oppressed.

Let me be clear about one thing, you can’t spew hate and claim to have love.

Darkness can’t live where there is light and hate is the farthest thing from love.

There is a way to escape the hate and destroy the big media companies who spew hate.

Stop watching them, stop reading their news and by all means, do not buy any of the products promoted on their channels.

To say we don’t have a choice is a load of crap.

We vote with our money and to quote Eddie Murphy in Trading Places, “It appears to be the best way to hurt rich people is to make them poor.”

I like the quote and love the movie, one of my favorites but Trading Places is a perfect example of big media companies trying to implant an ideology into the minds of others.

It delivers a message of “us against them,” the rich are evil and you can’t be rich without being evil.

It’s a fact, there are rich people that are evil but there are lots of poor people who are evil.

There are also great and loving people in both classes.

We have to look at the root of our hate and find out why it’s there.

I will venture to say that if you have hate, it is rooted in evil within you.

Some of you will say, I don’t hate anyone but you “detest” so and so.

Feel free to replace hate with any other word you like and when I say evil I am referring to a set of laws given to us by our creator.

Love God, love your neighbor.

With this measuring stick, let’s look at hate and see if it’s rooted in evil.

If you hate the rich, it’s rooted in envy.

If you hate a race, it’s rooted in anger and distrust.

If you get angry at the driver in front of you it’s rooted in selfishness.

I’m Guilty.

I could go on but I think you get the point.

You can’t continue to operate in a manner that is different than your programming.

You and I are being programmed with their agenda.

If you want a different result, change the programming.

Turn the damn idiot box off, stop reading news and your life will be so much happier, peaceful and I’d venture to say you will find love for your fellow man.

Take control of the programming.

Become the programmer and you will find freedom.

Freedom comes when you take personal responsibility for your actions.

When you realize your destiny is in your hands you can’t afford to allow others to have a say in what goes into your head.

Shields up my friend.

Turn the news off, if it’s bad enough there will be more than enough people who will come to tell us anyway.

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Comment below and let me know your take.

To your lifelong prosperity,

David Mulvaney
